Why can't I login to the ParentMail App on my mobile phone?

The ParentMail APP is designed for parents' use only, you are unable to login as a staff member and send messages. If you would to receive messages on the app, simply setup a fake child and link the child to your profile, as a 'parent'. You will then be able to use the app.

Please note that you can send communication through your mobile web browser - this depends on whether you have an iPhone or Android device.
