How do I add a new user type?

A User Type is essentially a category that the User will fall in to.

Go to Users on your left hand menu and select Create Type from the sub menu:

You will need to choose a Type Name for the User type you are creating, such as Governors.

Click Save and you will be taken to the newly created type under User Types on the left hand menu.

Now, when you go into Users and Create, you will be able to find the new User Type under the Select A User Type drop down:
