How to - Allow a parent to report an absence through ParentMail
Before your parents can report absences via the app or online portal you will need to enable this feature within your ParentMail account.
- Navigate to Settings > General in the left-hand menu, here you will find a list of settings.
- Select Enable Online Absence Reporting.
- To allow parents to report student absences through ParentMail click Enable.
Troubleshooting: If you are unable to locate Settings you are missing the permission to Manage Settings. Your main ParentMail Administrator manages system permissions.
