I sent an email with the wrong attachment, is it possible to recall this?
If an email has been sent with the wrong attachment in error we are not able to recall the email, however, it is possible to remove the attachment(s) from ParentMail. Please be aware that this will not remove any attachments that the parents have already downloaded to their device.
To remove an attachment navigate to Email in the left-hand menu, and select Sent. Alongside the attachment there is a Delete button.
