We’ve recently upgraded to PMX and some of our parents are having trouble logging in

Please ensure that the parent has visited the correct website: https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk

They will also need to make sure that their email address/user name has been entered in lower- case. If the parent is informed that their details are incorrect when logging in, they will need to click ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ on the login screen to regain access to their account.
