My parents cannot see the 'Parental Consent' box when paying for an item?

Make sure that you have selected that setting within the payment item. Click on ‘Payments’ then ‘Payment Items’ and the main screen should show whether the Parental Consent setting has been switched on.

click on Payments > Payment items and then select the item from the list here, or by searching for it. Under 'settings' this show whether the Parental Consent setting has been switched on.

If it is not enabled, you can select ‘Actions’ and ‘Edit’. Tick the setting for ‘Parental Consent Required’ and save the item.

The consent box appears once the parent has added a payment item to their basket. When they click ‘Pay Now’ the below screen will appear and the consent box can be ticked.
