A Parent is 'Not Connected', what does this mean?

A 'Not Connected' parent is somebody who is on your ParentMail system but has not yet approved their connection to your school. They can still be sent emails or text messages but they will not have access to the other functions that ParentMail offers such as the App, Forms or Online Payments.

  1. To view a report of all unconnected parents, click on ‘Reports’ on the left-hand menu
  2. ‘General Reports’
  3. ‘Parent – Connection Status Report’
  4. Click ‘Generate Report’
  5. Click on the green ‘CSV’ button and the report will be available to view
