We have just changed our MIS, how do I now import new data into ParentMail?

The ID’s held in ParentMail for each individual originate from the MIS you use at the school – changing the MIS means all users will have a new code allocated by the new MIS, therefore, it is of paramount importance that you contact us via Live Chat before attempting to import data from a new MIS. We will reset the ID’s held in the system to allow for a safe transfer.
