How can I see a list of unregistered parents who won't be able to book a parents' evening appointment online?

  1. Login to ParentMail and select ‘Documents To Print’
  2. Click on the ‘PEM’ option.

3. Choose the Parents Event Students Without Verified Contacts for the evening in question. You will see a list of the students on the right. You can also click on the green ‘PDF’ button and this will download the exception list for you to print if necessary.

Parents have 7 days to “Connect” with ParentMail after the booking window has gone live, to be able to book a slot. If they Connect after this period, they won’t be able to book a parents’ evening slot this time, but you can manually book a slot in for them by going to Parents’ Evening > List > Action > Modify Make Parent Booking.
