How do I turn Payments on/off?
If you have purchased Online Payments but cannot see it in your account, it may be that you do not have the right permission settings switched on. The main administrator can check this by logging in to their ParentMail account, finding your staff account, clicking Actions > Permissions and switch them on. For this to take affect you will need to press F5 to refresh your page.
If you are the main administrator and you cannot see Payments in your menu, we can switch this on for you. Please contact us on Live chat, or email us via email@example.com.
