What is Consent Manager?
Consent Manager is available if you have selected the Parental Consent setting. To find this, click on Payments > Payment Item > Find the relevant item and click on it > Actions > Consent Manager.
This will show which parents have paid for the trip and given consent. The date and time appears as well as the name of the parent and how they gave consent.
If consent has not been given and the parent has paid, the information will be blank. You can get consent from the parent and manually add this onto the Consent Manager.
Click on the tick button > Use the drop-down menu to select the relation that has given consent or manually type in the details > Use the drop-down menu to choose the method of consent. You can select Telephone Call, Paper or Face to Face.
