Reconciliation Reports - Unavailable - 15/06/2017
Please be aware that the newly introduced Reconciliation Reports will be unavailable whilst we perform an update to our back-office order processing system. This update will increase the precision of the VAT and total transaction charge values that will be displayed on the reports. We will notify you as soon as the reports are reinstated.
In the meantime please continue to use the “Transaction for a selected date range” report or the Settlement email that you receive from us each time we make a payment to you.
We would appreciate it if you could bear with us whilst we are making the updates to enhance the reports.
